THE LITTLE WATER DROP (“TLWD”) is focused on respecting and protecting the privacy of all its service recipients and users of its website, www.demolink.org (“website”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the practices and policies adopted by TLWD for collecting, storing, retrieving or using any personal information and sensitive personal data it may receive from its users of the website. All terms and conditions of the use of the website are incorporated in this Policy by reference. 2.4 TLWD is not responsible for the correctness or completeness of the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information provided by the User, or any consequences arising in relation to incorrect or incomplete Personal Information or Sensitive Information.
2.5 During the user’s browsing session, the website server may automatically record some general information about User’s visit, such as the date and time of the visit, the IP address being used, the type of web browser being used, etc. (“General Information”). Such General Information collected is not Personal Information for the purpose of this Policy.

4.1 When a User visits the website, one or more cookies shall be sent to a computer or the device being used by the User to visit the websites. Cookies are used upscale the quality of the services provided by TLWD, including for keeping User preferences, improving search results and tracking traffic trends.

5.2 Notwithstanding anything collected in this Privacy Policy, TLWD reserves the right to reveal any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information, that may be required to be disclosed under applicable law, without prior notice or consent of the User.
6. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTY
6.1 In case the information is being collected and retained by a third party, on behalf of TLWD, TLWD shall obtain prior permission from the User before the transfer of such data to any third party unless such disclosure is necessary for any legal procedures. Such an obligation is also not applicable in the case such information is being transferred to a government agency when a request for such transfer has been made by any relevant government agency to Us.
6.2 TLWD E-Commerce may transfer Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information to any company or person located in the TLWD or any other country only if it is necessary for the performance of a lawful contract between TLWD and any person, provided the same level of data protection will be complied to by the other company. Us cannot guarantee that such parties will keep the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information confidential and Us will not be liable in any manner for any loss of confidentiality attributable to such third parties.

7.1 TLWD has taken all reasonable measures and reservations to keep the Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information safe and secure and to prevent any unauthorized access to it.
7.2 TLWD shall not be liable to any User for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental) or harm caused to the User due to any unauthorized access or misuse of the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information by any third party (granted this one is beyond the control of TLWD).
8. LINKING TO OTHER websites
TLWD is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other Websites cross-linked with the website or which provides links to the website. By clicking on a link, logo or other such items, or using certain services available on the website, User may no longer be on the website and in such circumstances, the privacy policy of such other websites shall apply. TLWD encourages Users to read the posted privacy statement of the other Websites whenever interacting with any website.
